- Wash the apple and grate it into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, add the apple, spelt flakes, oat bran, milk or milk drink, water and cinnamon and simmer on a medium heat. Stir all the while so that the porridge becomes nice and creamy.
- After about 10 minutes, remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly and serve warm with the Boiled Peanuts Salted Caramel.
