  1. Wash the apple and grate it into small pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, add the apple, spelt flakes, oat bran, milk or milk drink, water and cinnamon and simmer on a medium heat. Stir all the while so that the porridge becomes nice and creamy.
  3. After about 10 minutes, remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly and serve warm with the Boiled Peanuts Salted Caramel.
